DURASIN POURABLE CHOCKING COMPOUND

DURASIN consists of two components: resin and hardener. It is an epoxy-based product. After curing, it is a solid material that is used for chocking in the marine industry and industrial machinery.

Approved classes: ABS, BV, CCS, CR, DNV, IRS, KR, LR, NK, RINA, and VR.

• It can be poured into molds and will easily take the shape of the mold

• It self-levels to allow for an easier installation process

• After curing, it has good adhesion to paint, allowing it to be painted over

• It is resistant to oils, acidic environments, saltwater, and other such similar conditions

• It has non-flammable properties

• It has a short hardening time

• It possesses high compressive strength and impact resistance

APPLICATIONS:

1. Casting for the main propeller drive system, auxiliary engine, rudder system, pumps, compressors, and machinery on the ship's deck; steering shaft bearings and shaft tube sleeves; industrial machinery foundation bases; crane rails; and steel structures.
2. Fixing anchor bolts, foundation stones, and steel materials into cement foundations.
3. Repairing damaged old cast resin parts.
