GREEN DOT – EPDM (PORTABLE WATER SYSTEM)

The green dot is designed by Viega for use in:

- Drinking water – DVGW, W534 certified (Germany)

- Hot and cold water for domestic use

- Demineralized water systems

>>> Applications in civil and medical construction.

RED DOT – EPDM (MULTI-PURPOSE SYSTEM)

Applications:

- Drinking water, rainwater, technical water

- Hot and cold water systems, heating systems

>>>Temperature limits: -20°C to +120°C (temporarily up to 140°C).

BLACK DOT – HNBR (GAS & OIL SYSTEMS)

Designed for:

- Gas, mineral oil, liquid fuels

- HVAC systems with oil-based refrigerants

>>>Temperature range: -20°C to +70°C (temporarily up to 100°C).

BROWN DOT – FKM (HIGH TEMPERATURE SYSTEM)

Applications:

- High-temperature hot water systems, steam

- Mineral oil, fuel, hot gas

- Special industrial applications

>>>Temperature range: -20°C to +180°C (temporarily up to 200°C).

BLUE DOT – EPDM CAO CẤP (PURE SYSTEM)

Designed specifically for:

- Pure drinking water, demineralized water, cooling water, glycol systems

- Cleanroom, pharmaceutical, and hospital systems

>>>Temperature limits: similar to EPDM, typically -20°C to +120°C.

Blue EPDM is typically tested and certified for environments requiring extremely high hygiene standards.

WHITE DOT – PTFE (CHEMICAL SYSTEM)

Applications:

- Chemicals, corrosive media

- Special industries, neutral or mildly acidic environments

>>>Temperature: Can withstand very high temperatures, up to 230°C depending on the material.

- Certain specialized industrial gas systems
